Shipping Information
At Avaris Abse, we understand you're excited to receive your golf simulator equipment and start improving your game. We work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that golf simulators and larger equipment may require additional processing time for proper packaging.
Shipping Methods: We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Due to the size and weight of golf simulator components, shipping costs vary based on your location and the items ordered.
Delivery Time:
- Standard shipping: 5-7 business days within the continental United States
- Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days (available for select items)
- Large equipment (simulators, enclosures): 7-14 business days via freight
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
Freight Deliveries: Golf simulator enclosures and large equipment ship via freight carrier. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and the size/weight of your items. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your golf equipment arrives safely.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and all accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase required
- Golf simulators and large equipment must be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-ordered or personalized equipment
- Software licenses (once activated)
- Items marked as final sale
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact us at support@avarisabse.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return
Step 2: We'll provide you with return authorization and instructions
Step 3: Carefully package the item in its original packaging
Step 4: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Step 5: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. For large items, we can arrange freight pickup for a fee.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@avarisabse.com with photos of the damage. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
